REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENT
You will receive a professional enjoyable experience. On your first visit you will have a full consultation to determine the best and safest treatment for you. Your treatment will be about 50 minutes long, it will be tailored to suit your individual needs. Any areas of imbalance can be detected on your feet and by stimulating these areas it can cause beneficial effects on the body.Your body will react to a treatment in it own individual way, depending on your own healing process. Often people feel relaxed, happy and sleep well. Sometimes people may feel nauseous, tired, or tearful, these are a sign that your body is healing itself, and will usually pass quickly.
A course of treatments may be needed depending on your needs. Reflexology will help to restore the natural balance to your body allowing you to maintain health in all areas of your life.
